This is the crawlable, downloadable snapshot of the fee dataset behind the site’s interactive EU broker fee comparator: ten European ETF brokers, their per-trade ETF commission, FX conversion fee and custody charge, plus the regulator and investor-compensation scheme standing behind each. How brokers are evaluated more broadly — weights, test accounts, disqualifiers — is documented in how I rate brokers.
Last updated: 21 August 2026. The fee figures reflect the brokers’ published schedules as of 4 June 2026 (the comparator’s current data cut); this page republishes that dataset in open form. Broker fees change without notice — treat any figure here as a dated snapshot and verify on the broker’s own pricing page before opening an account.

Reading notes: figures are the comparator’s modelling of each broker’s published schedule for a monthly ETF DCA investor. “Savings-plan trades free” means recurring plan executions cost €0 (Trade Republic, Trading 212, Scalable Capital) even where an ad-hoc trade has a fee. XTB’s 0.2% models the commission band above its free monthly allowance. Scalable Capital’s 0% FX reflects EUR-denominated trading on its home venue. Inactivity and dormancy fees are excluded by design — a monthly DCA investor never triggers them. “Affiliate partner” marks brokers that pay this site a referral commission (disclosure); the dataset and the comparator’s ranking maths ignore that flag entirely.
Method in one paragraph
Each figure is read from the broker’s published pricing schedule on the data-cut date and cross-checked against the rendered comparator before release. Three spot-checks from the current cut: Saxo Investor’s 0.12%/yr custody fee, XTB’s 0.5% FX conversion, and Trade Republic’s €1 ad-hoc trade with €0 savings-plan executions — all three match the live comparator and the schedules they were read from. The high-stakes figures in this dataset were additionally covered by a primary-source fact-verification pass in July 2026 (documented on the corrections page and in the editorial process).
