I am Kestutis Balciunas. I have invested my own money in UCITS ETFs and a dividend sleeve for more than 11 years, the boring Bogleheads way: monthly purchases, a world index, no panic selling. I started this site in 2022 to publish the resource I wished existed when I opened my first ETF account as a European.
I am not a regulated adviser and nothing here is personal advice. What you get instead is a published method, a public corrections log and an honest line between education and recommendation.

Is this financial advice?
No. Everything on this site is educational content. I am not FCA-regulated and not a licensed adviser. Check with a licensed adviser in your country before acting on anything you read here.
Do you make money from broker recommendations?
Sometimes. Some broker links carry a tracking parameter, and if you open an account the broker may pay a referral fee. You never pay more for it, and no broker pays for editorial placement or ratings. The detail is in the affiliate disclosure.
Why is there no FCA licence?
Because this is an independent publication offering education, not a regulated firm offering personalised advice. That line is exactly what regulators care about, and the site stays on the educational side of it.
Can I republish your articles?
Short excerpts with a link back to the original are fine. Full republication is not. See the terms and conditions.
